Halloween

TJ has been really sick with the flu, and in bed all weekend. So I took the girls over to my mom and dads house, so that my dad could took Cambreigh trick-or-treating. She thought that was the coolest thing ever. She would walk up to the doorstep and say "trick-or-treat" and when people would give her candy she would say "thank you". She even said hi to the dogs! She sure got lots of candy! Cambreigh was dressed up as Sleeping Beauty and Taelyn was a ladybug. The cutest Sleeping Beauty and ladybug I've ever seen! All in all we had a good time, but wish that TJ could have joined us.

I was really concerned about Cambreigh and how she was going to act with Taelyn. The day we got home from the hospital that all changed. Cambreigh is fascinated with this new baby. Every morning she wakes up she says " I want to see baby Taelyn". She is the cutest big sister in the world. She is so caring and always wants to know where Taelyn is. We were in the car the other day and Taelyn was really upset and Cambreigh says in her quiet voice to Taelyn "don't worry be happy" and I just broke out in tears. It was in the sweetest tone of voice. Cambreigh is going to be the best big sister anyone could ever have.

Taelyn has arrived!

Taelyn arrived on Saturday August 29th weighing 6lbs 4 oz and 20 inches long. Everything went really well. She is as health as can be! More pictures to come...

Happy Happy Birthday to my T.J. dear! I hope you have a good 26th birthday T.J. I am so grateful to be married to my BEST friend for all time and eternity! I am so blessed to be apart of your life! I love you more then you will ever know!

Lake Mead 2009

We went to Lake Mead in June. As most of you know we go there once a year with my family. We had really good time. We could not wait to see Cambreigh's reaction to papa's boat. She's been on his boat the last two summers, but I don't think she remembers it. She had a blast on his boat! She never wanted to get off. She was really good about wearing her life jacket. She also loved going on the tube. She kept saying "go faster papa". It was a really nice break for T.J. from work. Besides going to Lake Mead everyday we ate at 4 buffets, shopped, and watched movies. It was so much fun to spend time with my family!
